Mark Depadua
Customer needed help building a pump station. Mark spent the day going over how to put the kit together with one of the customer's office staff taking pictures of each step for them to use as future reference.
Bobby Fisher
Customer sent Bobby pictures of a pump he needed help with. Bobby got on a 3 way call with customer and vendor to trouble shoot the pump set up. Customer thanked Bobby and said that no other distributor does for him what we do.
Don Nichols
Helped a customer to re-valve a 500 gallon tank. While there he helped figure out why a 200 lb tanks wasn't draining. Don figured out that the tanks were DOT and not ASME so they required a different multivalve with a double check.
Pat Shay
On his day off he spent half of the day helping customers.
While showing a customer how to fix their methanol injector Pat discovered that their cylinder filling system wasn’t working properly. Pat took the entire meter apart and reassembled it to correct the problem.
Met with a customer to show them the different options on emptying their 420 lb. and 100 lb. tanks. Then he showed them how to utilize the bobtail barrel as a pumping station.
Andy Tatakis
Customer had an ongoing issue with a valve on an underground 1000 gallon tank. Andy worked with them to figure out what the problem was.
Rick Gladding
Stopped by customer to help resolve an issue they’re having with a vaporizer. Afterward he trained the techs on the proper way to service the unit.
